Summary:
On this episode, Richard Harris and James discuss how Richard used his depression as his superpower. He was able to overcome it with small steps every day. Those small actions lead to big progress and Richard tells of his experience making the transition from crippled by depression to being what he calls a "functional depressed person". Richard covers his upbringing, his career, therapy, and his professional growth and ties all of it back to how it impacted his recovery from a depression that could have held anyone back. But not Richard.
